After placing your order we will despatch it as soon as possible.
If your item is in stock we usually despatch within two days. If your item is out of stock we will order it in and usually have it within two working days, we will then ship it immediately.
Should your item be unavailable from our suppliers we will notify you of any delays as soon as possible. If you have any special requirements regarding your order please make a note in the comments box of the ordering process.

Every additional item:- £1.29 per item
Please note that we currently do NOT SHIP items outside of the UK. We possibly will look into this at the future. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you live abroad and would like to place an order.
Please note, any deliveries to Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland might cost a bit more. We will always contact customers prior to dispatch to clarify.
Our stock levels are enormous, but due to the huge range of products available it is inevitable some items will be temporarily out of stock, in this case you will contacted if the delay is likely to exceed 7 working days.

If you are not completely satisfied with your goods you may return them unused and in the original condition within 14 days of invoice date. Please state if you require a refund or exchange. No refund will be given if after this 14-day period.
If refund requested, a 20% restocking charge is applicable, unless faulty or damaged goods. We regret we cannot refund postage costs unless item is faulty.
Please note that you are responsible for any returned items until we receive them.
